The short version
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms, we use it solely to respond to your enquiry, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Information we collect
- Contact-form details you submit: your name, work email, optional phone number, organization, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you subscribe.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your chosen display preferences (theme and motion), which never leave your device.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you’ve engaged us for.
- To send you the resources or newsletter you explicitly requested. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- We will never share, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties.
Where your data goes
When you submit a form, the details are sent to the form-processing service we use to receive enquiries and to our email inbox. We choose processors that handle data responsibly and use encryption in transit (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@axiya.consulting and we’ll respond promptly.
